The infomation window is appearing at the back of the user interface...

It show like this: image

I can't see more infomations with it. and the windows can't move.

image I just found a strange state. When I scroll the inventory, the info window will move up and down accordingly.

That's actually intended - the position of the neurotoxin vent in the items list is at that position, it's staying "snapped" to that. You should be focused on the context window and so unable to scroll though.
