lackluster/broken items
reflection gel is on their because of how broken it is but I know not much can be done. the rest off these items are not buggy they work how they are supposed to just that their implementation is iffiy.
Vacttubes are way to small in base portal 2 vact tubes are bigger so the player can fit in easy they really should be like that here. they also choose to not place propperly half of the time.
Pneumatic Diversity Vents are ok just that the platform should be removed and they should be connectable to Vacttubes. from what I've heard the platform is planed to be removed. note I have not messed with these in hammer form what I've heard you need to hit the center of the platform right bellow it.
bumperballs should really work through portals
Vactubes are the same size as they are in the campaign, the reason it's harder for the player to fit is because we physically push them through the tubes (so they can interact with triggers and fizzlers and the like if the mapper made the tube go through one) whereas the campaign just swaps to a fixed cutscene camera.
Diversity vent platforms are there because of a bug that causes it to suck objects to the wrong place if the portals are offset. It doesn't really solve the problem though, if anything it makes it worse by forcing you to always have a portalable surface there even when you might want to put the tube in the air or something.
Bumbleballs working through portals might be possible using vscript, but it'd be a fair bit of work.
for vacttubes that makes sense. I think it could work better if you forced the player to crouch.
I also think the bumper balls need some work do to how inconsentant they are.
