Half Barriers placement is broken

Description of the bug

Whenever I edit chamber geometry, all the Half Barrier items in the map reset to the default rotation handle position— the model visibly resets to the default position. At first, I thought it was just a editor bug, but when I compiled the map, they were in the default position, exactly like the editor model. Image However, when I move their handle position again and run the map without filling or un-filling any geometry, they are in the correct place— it only breaks after I edit the chamber's geometry.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Put some half barriers in the map and adjust the rotation handle.
  2. Edit some geometry (changing surface portalability does not break it.) Notice how the editor model resets.
  3. Run the map. Notice how in-game, the item has moved as well.
  4. Go back into the editor, edit the rotation handle again so the editor model is correct, and run and map without changing geometry.
  5. When you compile the map, they are not broken as you haven't edited any geometry. I'

I've seen this happen with some UCPs, too, so in the case that this isn't something you can fix, you should note this bug in the item's discription panel.
