Half Glass Door Improvements
Description of the feature
Add Button Type to Half Glass Doors, which makes them portable or non-portalable instead of glass. Maybe also add a 6-way rotation handle or something like that to make it offset-able.
Why should this be implemented
This would be very useful to have, at least for me.

Maybe there could be a grating virant too using Cube Type?
Couldn't you use two half panels in this case? Note that the door exists for a specific reason - it's like a standard exit door, but indicates the puzzle continues. The reason for the centering is to provide space for retraction - if it was flush, when closed the door would z-fight.
I considered the half panel thing, but I wanted the the Half Glass Door because it has a smoother animation. And the other parts you mentioned make sense, now that you mention it. I was thinking this because in Portal Stories Mel, instead of flip panels they used what are essentially the half glass doors (but not glass) with portal surfaces behind it, and I was just wanting to re-create it in one of my maps— but I'll just use the half panels because the animation isn't really super important.
Ahh, that's something different, more like a zero degree covered angled panel. Might want to add that, can be useful in the presence of Conversion Gel. Though if I add retractable glass, that'd work too...
