There's a leak in your map, although you should be getting an error display in the steam overlay telling you where it is...

there should not be any leaks in the default map?(the only default map in puzzle maker, the one with a entrance exit and obs room) my best guess is that it's a problem with the intro and exit halls as there as been problems in the past with them causing leaks in some ucps.

Looks like it's an areaportal leak caused by one (or multiple) of the 60s exit corridors being offgrid slightly. You might be able to work around it by using the corridor selection menu to select a specific corridor that doesn't have the issue (if there are any).

I had a similar issue with Clean and Clean-related styles (P1, original clean) when I was using 2.4.46.0. However I updated to 2.4.45.1 today, and coincidentally made a Test Chamber in the 60's style (which is funny because I'm not sure I've ever used that style before) and it worked fine...

Not sure what you mean that you "updated" from 4.46 to 4.45, but if it just started happening in 4.46 then it must be a new bug
