CAM_STUDIO_PITCH doesn't get set

When using monitors, CAM_STUDIO_PITCH does not get set by the precompiler, resulting in the monitors not behaving right and the console getting spammed with errors:

Hmm, wut. That was changed to CAM_STUDIO_ANG (storing pitch/yaw/roll together) in 2020 - BEEmod/BEE2.4@0f3e4fc069fcc644ee4c71b81aca8ba2ad0285c8.

Did you never push the updated script? I'd be surprised if it was broken that long though

Apparently not, and also I don't even have it in my version. Easy fix though.
