P1 corridors can show white instead of worldportal on low shader detail

Description of the bug
I made a simple test to see if something worked and I looked at the exit door and it was just a white void instead of the elevator that should be there.
Expected behavior
I expect the exit door not to break.
Steps to reproduce
step 1. Make a portal 1 themed test and choose the white straight corridor step 2. Open portal and make a test step 3. Add some test elements step 4. Go up to exit door step 5. Admire the leak

Style = Portal 1
Start corridor = Wide straight
Exit corridor = White straight

If you're using any items from user created packages, try removing them from the map to see if they're the cause of the leak. Otherwise, if the issue persists, go to Portal 2/sdk_content/maps/styled, put preview.vmf and preview.lin in a ZIP, then upload that here.
Does the exit appear when you get closer? That's where the worldportal is, so it just might not be visible for performance reasons on your computer.
Ah right, on lower graphics settings it's supposed to use the world impostor when you're far away, but if that's not built it just shows nothing. Maybe we should stick a pre-rendered image of the elevator room behind it or something.
