1/4 Black/White wall visual glitch

If the bottom of the wall is visible, there is no texture, allowing the player to see through into the skybox

I think they mean the bottom of the wall is nodraw, and there's situations where that would be visible - perhaps when placed on glass. Easy enough to fix.
