Description of the feature

Like a half panel, but smaller. And with an advanced adjustment gizmo. One just like the gizmo on the light strip.

Why should this be implemented

Some people, like myself, just tend to love small testing elements. Also, just why not? The more the better. You can never have enough testing elements.
