Block stairs broken geometry

What operating system are you running on?

Windows 10 (64bit)

Description of the bug

The white variant of the Block Stairs seems to have holes in the geometry. These don't always appear consistently, and can appear in different places.

This may be unrelated, but the texturing on the stairs in general looks wrong.

Expected behavior

I shouldn't be able to see through the stairs.

Steps to reproduce

Build the attached p2c map, the broken geometry should be visible. 1647224084.zip

The nodraw triangle was reported in #4025 but that side texture bug is new I think

Half duplicate of https://github.com/BEEmod/BEE2-items/issues/4025 but never seen that side texture bug before.
