Description of the bug
Quarter tiles refuse to create white tiles on black surface.
for example,

in-game view

Expected behavior
the white tiles appear, as stated in item's description

Steps to reproduce
Step 1: create empty chamber Step 2: place quarter tile on black surface Step 3: see there is no quarter tile regardless of its configuration ("cube type")

Additional information
i'm using "original clean" style
This isn't currently implemented, but it probably should be. The angled panel class can be used to swap editor models based on the attached surface color.
i've seen the option in tilesetter to create tile of the opposite color, and i thought that quarter tile exactly used that option, isn't it?
also issue is not only in the editor model, it also won't create the white tile ingame
Still an issue as of 4.41.0
