Single voxel long P1 Fizzlers need a custom particle system

YAY, now that we can pack custom particles, we can now fix this annoying issue. Thanks Volvo for making it possible :)

I am almost sure that someone already reported this same issue a long time ago but after trying to find it many times with different search filters, it was not possible for me to find the original issue...

If someone manages to find the original issue, please re-open that and close this one.

HMW's Try Anything Twice for P1 already includes this exact particle system, so we could just port that.
