capture2

i want there to be an option so it can deflect the pellet up not just side to side

@LautaroL20 Maded? Thats not a word. (Sorry for nitpick, im just like that.)

Well, it should exist but it doesn´t which is a bit ridiculous, considering that the "ed" conjugation at the end of a word would make it past time, i am totally surprised this word is not the case...... So, then i have to use the word "maked" instead which i don´t like how it sounds.

Made?

You can remove the editoritems line that eliminates wall placement, but the cube falls back out of the holder. Is there a way to easily increase its holding power without causing other issues?

It doesn't actually have 'holding power'. What happens is there's an invisible floor which holds the cube up. That way it's easy to pull the cubes out. So if you put it on the wall, that's vertical and so it just falls. I'll need to alter the item so the platform is repositioned so it's always below.

Maybe also add inputs.

TeamSpen210 avatar Sep 12 '17 23:09 TeamSpen210

The first item is already trivially possible, just link a catcher to a laser emitter.

Why not also on ceillings so tractor beams can be used to push the cube to it?

What if the deflector had a start enabled/reversed option that gives the option to deflect the pellet upward instead of sideways? It would still only go on the floor though. Image

I have actually rebuilt the item, which lets it now be on walls/ceilings. That's probably good enough? A vertical mode could be nice though,

TeamSpen210 avatar Jun 22 '25 20:06 TeamSpen210

Oh, I didn't know that it can be placed on walls and ceilings. A vertical mode would allow so it don't have to be placed on a wall at "weird" angle in order to go upward
