update for the vega.hd5 file is also needed to reflect the new filter curves

Once we merge PR #757, we also need to update vega.hd5 file. I believe Vega fluxes in each filters were computed and stored using the old version of the filter curves. We need correct Vega fluxes to generate input ASTs.
