Tests for dust grid/prior weights

Tests needed for grid and prior weights in 1D (av, rv, and f_A). 3D already done in phat_small regression tests.

Is it possible that there is no grid weights for the dust, and only a prior weights?

PR #537 submitted for the dust prior weights. The grid code has to be written first (see #395).
