ASTs for a specific position

For folks interested in running the BEAST on specific locations of interest (SNRs, X-ray sources, AGB stars, etc.), it would be helpful to be able to tell the AST list generator the position to put the stars, and perhaps a radius.

I think this could be easily implemented in the supplement method, adding optional position/radius parameters
