Link for instructions to upgrade LCD FW returning 404

My BCN3D R19 worked fine (duplicate/mirror modes didn't work) until I upgraded to the latest version 2.0.8.

After successful upgrade the Cura showed the message that LCD FW should be upgraded to version 2.0.2. When I try to follow the link the page is not found (404 error). I exited the updater to find that the printer is not working any more.

The link in documents in this project also point to nowhere. I had to search Internet and found the manual.

Please fix links...
