Change Blood Dragon wreckage models from Dagger to Blood Dragon ship

The two Blood Dragon wrecks in Ku03 and Ku04 are still Daggers (bw_fighter). In the release game, the Dragons have their own Kusari elite ship reskin they are associated with instead. This effort is frustrated by the fact that the Blood Dragon ship does not have a wreckage solar defined originally. Still, it should be possible to switch one appearance for the other in these two objects without creating compatability issues by using a bit of trickery.

  • [x] Replace unused surprise_ku_fighter archetype's contents with the Blood Dragon ship's model and collision groups, since the number of solararch entries needs to stay the same for compatability
  • [x] Adjust the archtypes of the wrecks and their loadouts to work with the new model's hardpoints (which does not naturally have a turret slot) in a way that keeps compatability
  • [ ] Adjust the collision groups or fuse in such a way that keeps compatability; destroying the proper wings by server command regardless whether the client or server use the vanilla state. Failing to do so creates no real problem (the wreck can always be looted by shooting the root which you basically do anyway, since it is the biggest segment), but the proper appearance of wrecks in Freelancer does include their collision groups destroyed, and damage does not register on 'phantom' collision groups that only exist on the client.
