Spew line "WARNING: Failed to load ids: 229608" when encountering Nomad Fighters

In vanilla FL, the Nomad Fighter wing members are named "Nomads -":

I thought this looked strange, so I wanted "Nomad Fighter" to be part of their name. This wasn't so straightforward to achieve because the pilot names in FL are assumed to have a first name, last name, and a rank, and in this case I only wanted one of the three. Eventually I figured out a solution by changing the ranks (https://github.com/FLHDE/freelancer-hd-edition/commit/caf2ebf8604a9a692e474efd14c81e0816650dd1):

However, now the Spew line "WARNING: Failed to load ids: 229608" is logged for every Nomad Fighter that you encounter. It would be nice to find a different solution to including "Nomad Fighter" in the name while not generating these Spew lines.
