Ensure all mine and/or gas pocket fields have the correct zone flags

Sometimes mine and/or gas pocket fields do not show on the nav map. Also you don't always get a hazard warning when entering the zone.

Regarding zone flags, I believe it's 4096 for mines and 16384 for gas pockets.
