Pilot voice issues

The following issues in the pilot voice UTF files have been identified:

• pilot_f_leg_f01b.utf/gcs_fidget_trade_ihear_01+.wav - says "I hope this cargo hold full of Titanium fetches a good price", but should be "I hope this cargo hold full of".
• pilot_f_leg_m01b.utf/gcs_trade_carrying_p_01+.wav - says "We're moving Gold to", but should be "We're moving".
• pilot_f_mil_m01b.utf/gcs_refer_system_Rh01-.wav says "... nyuh" (lol), but should be "the New Berlin system".

The first two can easily be trimmed. The last one however requires some more sophisticated audio editing; the m01a and m01 versions both say the line correctly, so either one has to be adjusted to have the same pitch as m01b.
