Add option for increasing difficulty regarding NPC toughness (e.g. post story)

Some players have mentioned that after playing the vanilla game for so long, it has become too easy. It's possible to include the option of increasing the toughness of NPCs for an extra challenge. adoxa has created several plugins that can achieve this.
