Add custom jump tunnel effect colors

Is this referencing the cutscene that plays when traversing a Jump Hole/Jump Gate? If so, I think I have some that FLU uses.

Yes, but I think the hardest part of integrating them is deciding which colors to pick for each jumphole/gate connection.
