[FEATURE REQUEST] Resource scripts for both server and client launch options

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Since the separation of the client and server, usage of resource scripts is limited to client operations. There are certain situations, such as automatic creation of listeners and stagers which would be equally or more useful when launching the server component.

Include resource script options for both server and client options.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Launching a separate client script to load the necessary resource files after the server launches.
