Infusion altar bug?

Hello, well, I try to explain this in the best way my english allow me.

I made an infusion altar from thaumcraft entirely of arcane stone, and it work fine. So after some time I decide to upgrade with ancient stone but when I broke the pillars they show some random colorfull texture until they broken. This happen too with petal apothecary from botania but always work if I replace it on the world. I replace the arcane stone and try generate the "multiblock" structure again but nothing happen. I close the game but not working. Even if I generate a new world. I used Biomes 'o plenty default option world if this can help and I use the relese.11 too.

I can't reproduce since never make another altar hehe

Crash report is missing because actually don't crash the game. Maybe log but don't know how to get it.

Since no respond I restored the world with an old backup.
