wrong resample sizee

Hi i just wanna my images transform to 1mm isotropic resolution.But when i use resample command i found that every nii files use 512*512*（10~15）size to input。 output have 220*220*83 、220*221*83 、220*222*83。 the image can not match its label。 so，what i should do？ edit command or project code？ thank you
