训练英文模型时验证集的准确率

我在对英文数据集进行训练时，验证集的准确率一直上不去，0.5以下，请问这是什么原因呢？是配置文件参数没设置好吗？out_char_num设置为25，loss会变成nan，是需要增大嘛？这个怎么调整呢
