im downloading release and opening the exe after the game loaded and im in fountain

as of right now, it's because of the new lol patch, it will get updated and fixed. pretty much right now you only have to wait

i dont have to do anything with visual studio etc?

yea, pretty much wait until a game of lol starts, then you can just run it. Press insert to open the menu, thats where you change your skins, thats about it, you just need to wait for the new version
