Veigars "E" Cage not showing on screen

It dont matters which skin i take with Veigar, his Cage just doesnt show on my screen. The only thing that shoes is the circle animation but thats it. :(

cages showed for me before 11.4 update but i didnt test in current version

cannot reproduce its your problem i saw cages in 11.5 and 11.4 i am a 31k+ veigar player so ur talking to a serious person here

I dont know how ur experience matters in this thread, all i was saying is I HAVE these problems. Cage is showing up just fine without the Skin Changer running.
