Improve README
I was able to successfully run PPPwnUI and jailbreak my PS4 with Debian 12 using the instructions I've added to the README with this PR. My added instructions are also relevant for Ubuntu based distros too.
The current/original README is missing a few key bits of info.
Please let me know if I've got anything wrong, I only got my PS4 today!
The exploit takes just over 40 seconds under Debian with my laptop.

I'm tempted to port the Uzem Uzebox emulator to the PS4.
I've added instructions for installing pkg files to the README.
I added that section mainly because it makes no sense to me that Goldhen's package installer is under the Debug Settings menu.
