It'd be awesome if I could set an alarm. "On turn 104, change production of Smithburg to Encampment."

I don't mean making that change happen automatically, just want to enter a memo and have it pop up a reminder that is what I was planning to do on some future turn.

I like this idea. How do you feel about these two methods for scheduling an alarm: "in X turns" / "on turn X"
