Issue with City states
When using the CQUI addon in conjuction with the "Yet (not) Another Maps Pack" - the most subscribed pack on the steam workshop - I cannot add envoys to city states. I can also only see one city in the list at a time which appears to be the most recently met one, and even this I cannot add any envoys to.
Start any game and discover multiple city states. Earn an envoy and try to add it.
More than one city state should appear in the list, and should be able to increase the number of envoys present.

I have tried several iterations of various games, the addons work when used singly but not when used together.
Can you upload a savegame for me? The log alone isn't enough for us to help.
edit: A savegame which shows the issue, not a clean one.
Thanks for your reply. Please see attached. Several city states have been met, but I can only interact with one on the Envoy screen. I am showing as having 23 envoys to send, but cant place any.
Disabling CQUI & reloading the game allows me to place the envoys.
The map is a very large map (from the "Yet (not) ANother Maps Pack" addon) so may take a while to load.

I don't always explain myself properly, hopefully the attached screenshot will show it better - Hong Kong clearly visible near my land, the send envoys screen showing only Kabul. The 1 envoy I h ave there is from meeting it first and not having had one placed. The shot also shows 23 envoys available for placement.
