Issue on scoring web service from the Web App

Hi,

Seems that the scoring Web service doesn't provide recommendation. On the web app nothing happens. you should add a new step in the notebook to score the model using http request on a sample data on the scoring URL just deployed. This would make easier the troubleshooting.
