I opened an issue for this on the MoulConfig repository so it can be seen by them too.
I saw that the git api had https://gitapi.hysky.de/cooldowns.json added so I will mark this as a WIP until that file is used (to know when this is ready).
Partially fixed in #1306 as it now just runs everything on the render thread automatically but this should still be enforced later.
Can you try moving the map by going to the Config -> Mining -> Crystal Hollows Map -> Crystal Hollows Map Placement Config... and then inside there select preview and...
Does this happen with only skyblocker?
Can you send your latest.log? Since we can't reproduce this issue ourselves.
I'm not sure about this, the reason why there isn't many by default is because if a user does not want them then they have to delete them all individually...
