Leverage Code Quality tooling

Consider using a static analysis / code quality tool, for example Metabob or Sonarcloud, and integrating it into the CI process for this repository.

Will need to decide on tooling, process, and if the default profile of the the selected tooling meets the requirements of the repo.

Thanks! Our off-line conversation also mentioned an internal docs on onboarding to sonarcloud. We will need that when we pick up this task. :-)
