[Feature Request] Obtain "verified" label for the AzureAD org

This is not specific to this repo, but related to the AzureAD org. Since there is no way to open an issue directly with the org, then this issue is opened in this project.

**Is your feature request related to a problem?

It is confusing whether or not "AzureAD" is a GitHub project associated with Azure, or the Azure AD team or product. There is also an "Azure" GitHub org with a "verified" label, which makes it look like this is not an official org backed by MS Azure.

Describe the solution you'd like

That the AzureAD pursued obtaining the Github "verified" label. This would make it easier to understand the provenance of the code in the repositories.

AzureAD is a separate organization from Azure, but definitely part of Microsoft.

Having the "verified" org label would make that relationship more explicit.
