[Bug] Please update samples in MauiApps devapps to .net 8.0

Problem Statement

At the moment I cannot deploy the MAUIBasic sample in devapps on an Android device. (Visual Studio 17.8.5) I'm guessing this has to do with various platform issues MAUI 6.0 had to deal with growing up.

Once I upgrade it to .net 8.0 with the Upgrade Tool I can deploy it, but then I run into other compile issues which I don't understand (BrowserTabActivity cannot be found?)

I would really be able to deploy MauiAppBasic on my Android device so I can debug the actual problems I'm having, which is related to AOSP browsers.

Proposed solution

Upgrade MauiApps to .net 8.0
