  • [ ] Create a self signed cert
  • [ ] Add logic to get credential from SLC with the self signed cert (Try SLC and fallback to GetToken endpoint - OPTION 1 as described in the design doc)
  • [ ] Establish MTLS handshake with the same cert and get a token from ESTS-R
