Azure Device Compliance issue on Android 14 devices

Open singh-srikant opened this issue 7 months ago • 0 comments

Describe the bug

We have recently received multiple issue reports from our enterprise customers who are unable to use Azure device compliance on Android 14 devices. However, the same functionality works fine for the same users on Android 13 or below.

The client has configured Conditional Access policies to allow only compliant devices to log in to the app. However, on entering their credentials, the WebView opens in Adobe Acrobat, and they are unable to sign in. They recently migrated their SSO provider from Okta to Azure. For users on Android 13, the redirection works correctly to the managed Google Chrome app, and the sign-in completes successfully.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

  • Device: [Samsung, OnePlus 6, etc]
  • Android Version: 14
  • Browser: Chrome, Edge
  • MSAL Version: 5.4.2
