Cordova Android 6.3.0 Support

Issue Description

I have Cordova-android 6.3.0. This plugin requires Cordova-plugin-compat as dependancy. But, Cordova-plugin-compat is already available in Cordova android 6.3.0 as per their official docs. Do we still need to add plugin dependancy in this plugin ?
