Add Azure mobile app, M365 admin center, Excel formatting

Changes proposed in this pull request

• Add Azure mobile app and M365 Admin portal to the apps inventoried and included in Export / Excel report
• These applications are / will be enforcing mandatory MFA: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/authentication/concept-mandatory-multifactor-authentication?tabs=dotnet#applications

Testing

Verified testing in a couple of tenants, would recommend additional testing. No automated tests added.
