Description

The current guidance for [User Guide] Upgrade from v3.3.0 to v4.0.0 describes to use terraform taint.

According to Hashicorp this command is deprecated. For Terraform v0.15.2 and later, we recommend using the -replace option with terraform apply instead.

Suggestion to change the guidance and to use replace option.
