This is a request to reopen #550 as nobody seem to notice the continued issue reports.

This literally happened to me today, v2.0.6. I lost commits which hadn't yet been pushed to the remote as a result.

This bug needs to be fixed - and until it is, a notice needs to be made very, very apparent.

insane! here to. it seems that noone from M$ cares about this.

I also get famous and here never answered An unknown exception has occurred

way to go.
