Tracking Deployments Conducted from SWA CLI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When deploying directly from SWA CLI, the deployment is untracked from the Azure platform. The default behavior is heavily integrated with the repository but manual interactions with the tooling and content deployment endpoint are untracked.

Describe the solution you'd like An activity log entry or comparable log created to track changes to environments.

this is an important feature to have the information about the file copied and the list of changes. We required a similar detalis into #931 to have more details about the files copied via swa-cli deploy.
