The load tests documented here were run with 250 nodes, 17.5k pods and 3.5k secrets.

For this issue, we want to run the load tests with 1k nodes, 20k pods and 3.5k to 5k secrets and document the results in https://azure.github.io/secrets-store-csi-driver-provider-azure/
