Azurekeyvault dynamic/Auto secret management in Azurekeyvault

With the CSI driver , we could manage the secrets usage directly from the azure keyvault to the AKS cluster. But maintaing the secrets in the azuekeyvault still a manual work and is there any way to create azurekeyvault secret dynamically by hiding the values without exposing. ?
