4. The dependency on node-fetch@v2 triggers a punicode warning https://github.com/Azure/ms-rest-js/issues/491
5. There are trivial typos that could be fixed (e.g. https://github.com/Azure/ms-rest-js/issues/487) -- I don't submit PRs to dead repositories beyond updating their readmes to indicate they're dead, otherwise I'd be happy to provide a spelling PR (I do this very often, but only if there's a reasonable chance of my work being accepted)
6. Issues aren't being properly addressed (https://github.com/Azure/ms-rest-js/issues/483 should be closed as https://github.com/Azure/ms-rest-js/pull/485 resolved it, but no one closed the ticket)
7. https://github.com/Azure/ms-rest-js/pull/472#issuecomment-1289320658 indicates the repository is in maintenance mode
