VS code Depoy to Logic Apps error

1. Deploy workflow from vs code

I have also started experiencing issues deploying from vs code. This is happening on new and existing Logic App projects.

I'm also getting this same error. As a workaround, using the Azure Dev Ops pipeline to deploy the changes on Azure.
