DI Cycle should be fixed

ILoRaDataRequestHandler.SetClassCMessageSender requires a manual setup operation that would instead cause a circular dependency if we were just to inject IClassCDeviceMessageSender

Based on discussion with @p-schuler I will pause this refactoring as there are substantial evolution that will happen on the loradevice factory @danigian @atifaziz
