Support for Class B device and FUOTA (Firmware Update Over The Air)

• Class B device
• FUOTA (in the unpublished RED, firmware update might become a requirement) with broadcast

Currently we don't have plan to add Class B support. Are you using Class B devices? If yes can you tell us which brand/model?

We are looking into FUOTA but nothing decided yet.

We will be implementing beaconing support as part of #1748. Full class B support is still not in scope at the moment
